The restaurant is very French.  Excellent food and staff.  Reasonable price.

Very pleasant experience, waiters that are pleasant and happy to interact, a food menu concised and diversed and finally, tasty buds satisfied.

Although a one-man show, this little place rocks with fantastic food and a very enthusiastic and food&mdash;loving owner / chef / server.Highly recommend for adults only, with a little patience obviously.

First night in Bordeaux. Had a lovely meal Le Confidentiel. It was conveniently close to where we were staying in Chartrons.

The waitress was 100% efficient. The meal was good and the playlist awesome!

We selected a few items to share and enjoyed sampling a selection of wines from with our food. A good night and the staff were very friendly, helpful and the food delicious. A large selection of wines.  Recommend.

The hotel is a very good hotel and is very comfortable and comfortable. Chapeau to Claude that manages with a master hand and not without humor, kitchen, on-site service, sales to be taken and deliveroo or other ubereat orders👏

Food was especially great. We had the cochon which was absolutely tender inside yet so crispy on the outside. The waiter was very attentive to our needs and it was certainly a pleasure. His wine recommendation was on point!

Love this restaurant and have dined here many times before. It never fails to be so typically French with wonderful food and great atmosphere.  We come back to Bordeaux just to enjoy it here.

The restaurant was very busy and seemed a bit overwhelmed, but trying.  Did not care for the &quot;tablet&quot; menu, but probably sign of the times.  Food good, not excellent.  Golf ball size lumps in what was otherwise an excellent potato puree, sign of being a bit overwhelmed? Long-cooked lamb cooked a bit too long (dryish).  In sum, food good but not excellent.

Great night out with group of 12 accommodated in two tables of 6. Slow start to service and tech issues with the menu and translations. I had the lamb shank - fabulous and others had the suckling pig. My husband had the steak which he struggled with but others who ordered it had a good meal. Lovely desserts and excellent wine list.
